Description of problem:
I cannot build against cfitsio using pkgconfig. I cannot find the header fitsio.h. It appears that the includedir is incorrect in cfitsio.pc.

includedir=/usr/include/cfitsio/cfitsio


Expected results:
includedir=/usr/include/cfitsio

I cannot build vips in rawhide because of this.

Should be fixed with cfitsio-3.290-4.fc17
