This will probably be irrelevant once introducing the new setup-networks dialog (that should replace all current Host-NICs-related dialogs).
I am keeping this open in order to make sure that this particular issue is indeed solved.

I can reproduce half of the bug (see screenshot) on version 3.0.0_0001-1.6.fc16. Texts "IP" and "Subnet Mask" are aligned correctly. Text in the lower part of the window should be moved right to be aligned with the rest of the texts in the window.
