Description of problem:
Designer contains some drools and jbpm jars which versions are different from the  product droosl and jbpm jars.

Expected results:
Product should not contains some jars with different versions。

Additional info:
Since the designer is currently added into product as binary form.
I could fix this issue in prod assembly phase.

This should be fixed since ER4 which we have built designer from source directly.
The jars has been the same version.

Please verify on ER4 or next release.
