The OpenShift Express User Guide doesn't have a link to bugzilla for reporting bugs.

That's because until last week there was no provision for that. People raised concerns/comments in IRC, forums on the website, etc., and we took it from there. Bugzilla has just been "opened" to the public and this is something we need to update for the next release.
