Description of problem:
In webadmin under HOSTs ->lower tab VM's view - selecting a VM and pressing the Migrate button. Noting happens. 
*Migration works in VM's view.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure you have min 2 running hosts
2.In HOSTs view select a VM from the Lower VM tab and press the Migrate button

Nothing happens

Migration's window

"Migrate VM" dialog/functionality already exists; need to apply this functionality also to "Migrate" button in VMs sub-tab in Hosts main tab.
