Description of problem:
yum/rpm reports errors when updating to current version of the package.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
selinux-policy-3.10.0-71.fc16

How reproducible:
install Fedora from Fedora-16-i686-Live-Desktop.iso or Fedora-16-i686-Live-XFCE.iso
yum -y update
...
