Description of problem:
The aeolus-configure script creates a user named "aeolus user" with an email address of dcuser

Those defaults should be modified to refer to cloudforms/redhat.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run aeolus-configure
2. Log into Conductor
3. Look at admin user account
  
Actual results:
The aeolus-configure script creates a user named "aeolus user" with an email address of dcuser

Expected results:
Those defaults should be modified to refer to cloudforms/redhat.

Having spoken to Marketing and PM, they'd prefer that the default user have a first name of "Administrator" and a last name which is blank, so that "Administrator" is the name which appears on the right of the global header in Conductor.

Administrator appears in the header , no last name and mail id is root
