Description of problem:

During katello-configure --deployment=headpin the following error is returned.

err: /Stage[main]/Certs::Config/Exec[generate-ssl-ca-certificate]/returns: change from notrun to 0 failed: Could not find command 'katello-ssl-tool'

How reproducible:
Found to occur twice on a KVM VM.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install -y katello-headpin-all
2. katello-configure --deployment=headpin
  
Actual results:
Starting Katello configuration The top-level log file is [/var/log/katello/katello-configure-20120120-173521/main.log]
[1;35merr: /Stage[main]/Certs::Config/Exec[generate-ssl-ca-certificate]/returns: change from notrun to 0 failed: Could not find command 'katello-ssl-tool'[0m 


Expected results:
Successful configuration, no errors.
