Thanks for the bug report, it seems a newer version of SemanticMediaWiki will be needed. The latest version introduces a new dependency (Validator). I've proposed mediawiki-validator as a new package (see bug#784008). Once that package is reviewed, I'll update mediawiki-semantic. That will resolve this issue.
