1. Open oVirt webadmin
2. Click on Guide link in the upper screen

Should work with no problems

- the link doesn't work simply because no the documentation web-site is not deployed on the machine.
- need to add a backend configuration value that will hold the base URL of the documentation web-site.
- If this configuration value is empty, the "Guide" link should be hidden.
