Description of problem:
In ovirt_history DB, at host_samples_history (Table/View) the data being accumulated is more than 48H (18-1 until 22-1)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-3.0.0_0001-1.2, dwh & reports 3.0

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install ovirt-engine setup with ovirt-dwh (reports is on a remote server)
2.install 1 host and let it run for couple of days
3.examine the history_sample view
  
Actual results:
host_samples_history (Table/View) the data being accumulated is more than 48H (18-1 until 22-1)

Expected results:
it should up to 48H (the ETL config file defines hoursToKeepSamples=24 {+24H till next day to delete} )
