Description of problem:

oVirt-Engine-Webadmin - Host stays on Installing when it's actually has Non-Operational status

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open oVirt-engine UI 
2. Attempt to Install a new host (using "New" button)
3. When Installation fails for some reason, such as no right repository, the host stays on "Installing" 
  
Actual results:

Installing status stays until switching between pages in the UI.
The Event appears on UI, but status stays the same.

Expected results:

The Status should change according to the new setVdsStatus command coming from the backend:
