Test-plan tree view should display disabled/inactive plans as crossed out.
Just like, for example, search results.

This bug has been fixed, please verify in Version 3.8.0

Verify 3.8.0-1 on stage -->Pass

Verify steps:
1.Enter a test plan which have parent or child.
2.Click 'Tree View' tab
3.Check the tree view.

Actual result:
Test-plan tree view will display disabled/inactive plans as crossed out if there is disable test plan.
