oVirt-Engine-Webadmin - Flashing when switching between tabs

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open webadmin UI
2. Switch between tabs
  
Actual results:

Can see all tabs flashes for 1-2 secs.

Expected results:

Should be invisible to the user.
