ETHTOOL_OPTS example

Description of problem:

Document the additional capabilities of the ETHTOOL_OPTS field in the sysconfig.txt file. Specifically, the capability to use all ethtool commands (which was restricted to -s earlier) and ability to specify multiple options on the same line.

Should describe the enhancements

Additional Info :

The document already mentions "Any device-specific options supported by ethtool."

So, the only thing I've added is an example, which show how multiple options can be set.
