Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Content Management > Providers > Custom
2.  Create a new provider, "fake provider"
3.  fake product > Products & Repositories
4.  Add product "fake product"; save
5.  After returning to the provider view for "fake provider", Click the dropdown arrow next to "fake product" to expand and add/see all repos.

Actual results:
* FF: Arrow disappears and is replaced with alt text
* Chrome: Broken img.

Image exists
