Description of problem: Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): biosdevname-0.3.11-1.fc15.i686 or older How reproducible: Not sure. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install F15 2. Notice the network interface name is em1. 3. run yum update 4. reboot 5. interface name is now p5p1 Actual results: The name of the network interface was changed from em1 to p5p1 Expected results: The name should not have been changed. Additional info: I don't know in which version this problem started, because I noticed it on a server I rebooted for the first time in more than 200 days (wasn't rebooted even once since F15 was installed).
