When uploading a new asset file, the asset was not updated and could not be saved until the asset had been closed and reopened, meaning that users lost any changes they had applied to the asset. This has been corrected so that the assets is closed and reopened after it has been checked in, ensuring users are able to save any further changes they make.

Description of problem:
After uploading a file (e.g. xml, properties, maybe other types) the new content is not displayed, updated asset version and check-in comment is not displayed either. User needs to close the asset and open it again to get updated view.

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open or create a file asset with properties or xml format
2. upload a new file
3. File uploaded successfully is displayed, but the new content is not visible until reopening the asset.

Expected results:
After uploading new version of the file, asset should refresh to show the updated content.

This has been fixed in master but not backported as it has not been agreed (yet) to be in 5.3.x. Please be sure to let me know if you want it 5.3.x and I can backport.
