Description of problem:
A tool written on top of wallaby shell is opening a qmf connection to wallaby, then calling into wallaby to perform some tasks. This results in 2 qmf consoles (1 at the wrapper, 1 at wallaby shell), and produces a core dump. The screen shows:

Console Connection Established...
2012-01-26 10:40:41 error session-busy: Session detached by peer
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'qpid::framing::SessionBusyException'
what(): session-busy: Session detached by peer
Aborted (core dumped)

I've attached the backtrace.
