xom and one of its dependencies (tagsoup) were orphaned. I picked them up, but while checking into upgrading them, I realized that my only dependency on xom is via jaxen, and it looks safe to simply remove xom support from jaxen. I'm attaching a patch to the jaxen spec file that addresses this. There are still three other packages which require xom, but hopefully we can patch or remove them as well.
