patch for SLiM

Description of problem:
SLiM does not load desktop enviroments properly do to a conflict with console kit and polkit. It loads a remote session causing the power, reboot, sleep, and hibernate buttons to be geyed out. All causes USB devices not to function

How reproducible:
Install SLim as a DM and XFCE or any other DE, try to autoload a flashdrive, and shut the computer down with the logout dialog.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install SLIM and XFCE
2.try to autoload a flashdrive, and shut the computer down with the logout dialog.

Actual results:
computer does not shut down, and USB devices do not work

Expected results:
for computer to shut down and USB devices to work

Additional info:
Gentoo has a patch to fix this issue it can be located here

We close bug now, as it related to upstream developing. But we continue track changes and whatever it will be fixed ve consider make update in Fedora.
