Description of problem: As part of RHEL 6.3, subscription-manager will have some new features and bug fixes that were introduced in 5.8. The 6.3 version of python-rhsm requires certain features to be back ported from 5.8 in order to support this. These features are already supported in candlepin, this bug is just for exposing these via the python-rhsm wrapper. The QE for this is already laid out in the subscription-manager 6.3 plan; python-rhsm is a library used by subscription-manager that is not tested by itself. Changes will be ported from python-rhsm version 0.98.
We are using the bug as part of the "process" to get an initial package build targeted for release in rhel63.
Effectively this bug is being used to initiate builds for python-rhsm 0.99.x targeting release in rhel63.
The following RHEL-6.3.0 errata for python-rhsm has been created... https://errata.devel.redhat.com/errata/stateview/12610 It provides the latest python-rhsm-0.99.* brew builds which is correct. Any new/regression python-rhsm bugs targeting the rhel63 errata will be opened separately. Moving to VERIFIED.
