The Culmus Hebrew Fonts project (http://culmus.sourceforge.net/) has recently released version 0.121 of the fonts. Fedora is still carrying the 1 year old previous version, 0.120. Despite the apparently-tiny third-significant-digit version number change, there are some interesting improvements in this version. The improvement that interests me personally is that the niqqud (the Hebrew vowel signs), which were broken in the culmus-frank-ruehl-clm-fonts.noarch font, were fixed.
culmus-fonts-0.121-1.fc16 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 16. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/culmus-fonts-0.121-1.fc16

I had to use "yum install" instead of "yum update", perhaps because there is no package with the actual name "culmus-fonts", but other than that, it seems to be working well, and indeed the niqqud bugs in culmus-frank-ruehl-clm-fonts were fixed. Thanks.
