Description of problem:
Using multiple recipes when not needed results in wasting machine time.
This should ask the user for confirmation presenting help (see the wiki page below.)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clone the jobs from Bug 785672
  
Actual results:
It will get scheduled

Expected results:
Warning the user and asking for confirmation.
