Description of problem:
When adding an Host with an IPADDR that is alreday configured in the cluster. a wrong message is shown.

Error: Cannot add Host, Host unique id is ambiguous with hosts: navy-vds3_qa_lab_tlv_redhat_com.

Expected results:

Error: Cannot add Host, Host unique id is ambiguous with hosts: navy-vds3.qa.lab.tlv.redhat.com.

In case the CanDoAction key that we receive from the backend is:
"$ParamName ParamValue" 
e.g.: 
"$HostNameList navy-vds3.qa.lab.tlv.redhat.com"
the frontend shouldn't convert "." to "_".
