Description of problem:

When attempting to save a process definition in the Web Designer with inequality it won't save and give an error message:

18:14:47,806 ERROR [STDERR] Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup.

For example the following line in a conditional expression:

    <bpmn2:conditionExpression xsi:type="bpmn2:tFormalExpression" id="_H5Bq9EupEeGggYUd126cyA" language="http://www.jboss.org/drools/rule">Policy(price <= 500)</bpmn2:conditionExpression>

Fixed in latest war people.redhat.com/tsurdilo/designer/master. Please re-test.
