Description of problem:
when you click on any expansion arrow, it expands and arrow is shown as clear text 'Expand'. I'm not sure if this is the intended behaviour or a bug. But earlier even after expansion arrow remains there instead of clear text.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create provider
2. Add product
3. Add repository
4. Navigate to some other tab
5. Again Navigate back to providers tab
6. Click on left expnansion arrow.
  
Actual results:
Expansion arrow shown as clean text 'Expand' once you click on it and remains as 'Exapand'

Expected results:
After expansion arrow remains there instead of clear text 'Expand'. Once you navigate from provider tab to other tab and came back, again you will see the arrow.

So this should be consistent throughout.
