Open edit Template dialog, change template's Total Cores field to a new value, save and reopen the dialog, old value is shown instead of the new value.

- need to check also what happens in New/Edit Desktop/Server/VM Pool
- this might be a backend bug; in case it is, please move this BZ to the ovirt-engine-core component.
