Description of problem:

In UI we present all times in GMT regardless the timezone user is in. The same is expected for UI input. We should provide some means of setting the zone for a user.

Current state is quite confusing.

In CLI local timezone is assumed by default for all time inputs. This leads to different times being shown in CLI and UI. Also synchronizations are then preformed in different times than one would expect.
