This bug is created as a clone of upstream ticket:
https://fedorahosted.org/freeipa/ticket/2312

With S4U2Proxy we don't need delegation in the browser enabled. We should try to detect when that is turned on and warn users in some way.

This Bug is being handled as Doc bug (see upstream ticket), moving to proper component.
