Created attachment 558867 [details] RHEL6 system sosreport Description of problem: If remote login is done from RHEL5to RHEL6 with '-y' option and glxinfo command is fired, it gives message "Error: couldn't find RGB GLX visual or fbconfig". Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): RHEL6 mesa-libGLU-devel-7.7-2.el6.x86_64 mesa-dri-drivers-7.7-2.el6.x86_64 mesa-libGL-devel-7.7-2.el6.x86_64 mesa-libGL-7.7-2.el6.x86_64 mesa-libGLU-7.7-2.el6.x86_64 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. SSH from RHEL5 system to RHEL6 system with X forwarding 'ssh -Y <RHEL6_SYSTEM>' 2. Run command glxinfo Actual results: glxinfo command gives output "Error: couldn't find RGB GLX visual or fbconfig" Expected results: It should not give the error Additional info: glxinfo works fine without warning if following variable is set LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT=y If ssh is done from RHEL4 to RHEL6, glxinfo gives segfault.
