Description of problem:

After deploying an image, the application card does not dynamically update.  A page refresh is needed to see updates to the card (e.g. the system hostname and status).

This is a change in behavior from previous puddles/builds.

How reproducible:
 * everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy an image, and leave resulting "instances" page untouched
  
Actual results:

 * The deployment STATE and IP_ADDRESS does *not* change.  A page refresh is required to get updates

Expected results:

 * When the deployment comes online, I'd expect the STATE and IP_ADDRESS to change dynamically.  A page refresh shouldn't be required.
