git format-patch for the updated spec and patch

Description of problem:
The patch adding '#include <unistd.h>' currently applied to the Thunderbird build leaves some files unfixed, resulting in failure to build Thunderbird 10.0 on Fedora 17. The attached patch also modifies these files; the result is tested locally and I'm trying a scratch Koji build right now.

thunderbird-10.0-1.fc17

Steps to Reproduce:
1. fedpkg clone thunderbird
2. cd thunderbird && koji scratch-build
  
Actual results:
Build fails

Expected results:
Build should succeed
