Description of problem:
when checking empty tables or newly created tables via phpmyadmin, there is an red error message on the page.

stage

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. create an app
2. embed mysql and phpmyadmin
3. check tables in phpmyadmin
  
Actual results:
one error showed on the page
#1 - Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_434d_0.MYI' (Errcode: 13) 

Expected results:
no error showed

This has been fixed.

verified on stage_sprint4,
issue has been fixed.
