Description of problem:
The SPEC file of apache-commons-collections unnecessarily lists

BuildRequires: saxon
BuildRequires: saxon-scripts

These are not needed. Because "saxon" is to be retired from Fedora (orphaned) also apache-commons-collections will be retired (removed) from Fedora.

Please remove these BuildRequires, so that apache-commons-collections stays in Fedora!

apache-commons-collections-3.2.1-12.fc16.noarch.rpm

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build RPM
2. List dependencies
  
Actual results:
dependency to saxon

Expected results:
no dependency to saxon

Additional info:
I successfully removed the above BuildRequires and the package builds/works without any problems.

Rebuilt locally and committed ... unfortunately the official build is blocked by other issues.
