Description of problem:

Before usrmove: /lib/cpp -> ../usr/bin/cpp <- ok
Ater usrmove: [/usr]/lib/cpp -> ../usr/bin/cpp <- not ok

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
* gcc-4.7.0-0.10.fc17.x86_64
* cpp-4.7.0-0.10.fc17.x86_64

How reproducible:
permanent

Steps to Reproduce:
1. be sure to have a converted system
2. issue 'ls -al /lib/cpp'
3.
  
Actual results:
/usr/lib/cpp 'hangs in the air'

Expected results:
/usr/lib/cpp points to /usr/bin/cpp

Should be fixed in cpp-4.7.0-0.11.fc17.
