"Secondly I'm confused how to report bugs/issues against this since there does not seem to be any (human-friendly) order in this
so i'm not finding it hard to even suggest fixes since the biggest problem (for me) is the lack of proper flow/sequence of content."

This is a user report against the structure of mid-level navigation, for example:

There is no "report a bug" link on these pages. There should be a "report a bug" link on every page that the user can experience, so that they can report (problems with) their experience.

Report a bug link has been added. The prepopulated fields will be expended once the fixed urls are in place.
