VM edit nic RFE

Description of problem:
Currently there is no option to Change the custom MAC address that was chosen upon creation of the VM's NIC.
This RFE will allow to change the MAC address from the Edit VM's NIC window, and also will allow to use a different MAC address from the range. The Check Boxes in this Window should be replaced with Radio Buttons (can't Specify MAC address and use MAC from DB at the same time).
