Description Rami Vaknin 2012-02-07 09:09:01 UTC
The reason is probably because the database parameter "SearchResultsLimit" is used to the define the number of queried events too, even when the lower events panel is down and only one log line is presented at a time!!! In addition, the default events refresh rate is high.

The usage of one parameter for all clients is not good idea since each client has different way of using that parameter and different considerations for choosing its default value and the max and-still-usefull value.

The influence on webadmin when that parameter is set to 1000 is enormous, webadmin is simply useless.
