Description of problem:
I would like to have a report that display the following:
1) most busiest month per Changes
The month with the most updates
-------
2) most busiest month per Trends
The month with the most changes in CPU/MEM usage
--------
Same as BR10B, BR10c - BUT not for single VM/Host
-> general view over all VMs in range.

Out of all months in selected Range display the most busiest month and its statistics.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhevm-3.0.2_0001-2, reports 3.0.2-2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select date range
  
Actual results:
None

Expected results:
Display the busiest month of the selected range, accordingly
