New cups printers aren't added to the registry and don't show up Windows then.

The patch attached does fix one problem but causes others. It looks like there are several things broken in printing which need to be fixed in 3.6. Still fixing bugs here.

We will fix this with Samba 3.6.6 which will be released on Thursday.
