Description of problem: It's unclear to me why the text "All Rights Reserved" appears in the footer of Conductor, or what it means in the context of an open-source app. We need to look into whether this text is actually supposed to be there, and, if not, get rid of it.
the text has no particular legal intent behind it. It is there to show that the footer could accommodate a copyright notice etc.. Please remove it.

Pushed to staging: commit 547bffa972676b2693cfa14a012e43dd8295dfbf Author: Matt Wagner <matt.wagner> Date: Mon Feb 13 10:53:34 2012 -0500 BZ 788153 - Remove "All Rights Reserved" text. There's no evidence that this has any actual reason for being here, and it's rather out of place on an open-source project. Resolves https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=788153
