Description of problem:
Having installed the client configuration rpm, an error prevents repositories to be listed.

How reproducible:
N/A

Steps to Reproduce:
1. uninstall  the rh-amazon-rhui-client package
2. install custom rhui client configuration package
3. command "yum repolist" fails to display the custom rhui repository
  
Actual results:
Error displaying repository list

Expected results:
Custom repository list displayed
