Description of problem:
Network Interfaces information is not available when trying to import a VM. After importing a VM nic is available in the VM.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-backend-3.0.0_0001-1.4.fc16.x86_64
ovirt-engine-webadmin-portal-3.0.0_0001-1.4.fc16.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM with NIC and export it tot export domain
2. Delete a VM from DC
3. Do to Storage -> Import VM -> VM_name -> Network Interfaces
  
Actual results:
Network Interfaces information is not available when trying to import a VM


Expected results:
NIC information should be available
