Description of problem:

openwsman is broken on F17 & F18 rawhide due to change in the Ruby version from 1.8 to 1.9.

[openwsman]
	openwsman-ruby-2.2.7-1.fc17.x86_64 requires ruby(abi) = 0:1.8
	openwsman-server-2.2.7-1.fc17.i686 requires libruby.so.1.8
	openwsman-server-2.2.7-1.fc17.x86_64 requires libruby.so.1.8()(64bit)

Please rebuild asap, since this is blocking libvirt builds required for Fedora 17 Features

After discussion with Ruby guys, I decided to disable Ruby bindings temporarily. The code needs lots of changes to be even compiled with 1.9. Upstream is working on it and next upstream release should be Ruby 1.9 ready.
