When attempting to delete an app from the Express web interface, an operation timeout occured. The error message was displayed behind the app deletion confirmation box, so it wasn't initially obvious as to what happened.

Upon the timeout, the confirmation box should probably be hidden, or the message made more obvious. In many cases, the timeout occurs but the app actually got deleted, so automatically refreshing the app list may be helpful too.

Verify this bug on rhc-site-0.86.8-1.el6_2.noarch,it's fixed now.
