Description of problem: The monitors settings screen is missing a configuration setting to select which monitor is the primary monitor. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): control-center-3.2.2-1.fc16.src.rpm How reproducible: always with dual-monitor setup Steps to Reproduce: 1. Connect more than one monitor 2. Try to figure out how to control which monitor is the primary monitor 3. Actual results: Confusion and lots of frustration when the automatic selection gets it wrong Expected results: Intuitive way to select which monitor is the primary monitor Additional info: A workaround is xrandr --output <outputname> --primary this setting also gets saved permanently in .config/monitors.xml if changing anything control-center monitor settings screen after running xrandr. Ideally there should be one setting per identified monitor setup (based on identified serial numbers)

Fedora 16 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2013-02-12. Fedora 16 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates.
