How reproducible:

Prerequisites : 
Rhel5.8 with following rpm 
subscription-manager-migration-0.98.14-1.el5
subscription-manager-0.98.14-1.el5
subscription-manager-migration-data-1.11-1.el5

Steps to verify : 
Register client to rhn classic .
Subscribe custom channel with base channel   .
Migrate from rhn classic to rhsm .

Expected Result : 
There should be a mechanism to migrate the custom channel also.

Actual Result : 
Unrecognized channels. Channel to Product Certificate mapping missing for these channels.
