Description of problem: xulrunner missing dependencies

How reproducible:
everytime I attempt to update.  

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run yum clean all
2. yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing

Actual results:

           Requires: libvpx.so.0()(64bit)

               Not found
 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
