Description of problem:
Every single page in Conductor has a <title> attribute of "Aeolus Conductor". This is quite useless, especially if you're trying to go through your history.

We should really show something useful on each page, e.g., "Default Pool | Aeolus Conductor" or "User Admin | Aeolus Conductor".
